Job Title: Commis Chef, Line Chef,  Sous Chef - New Opening 

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Chefs required at all levels for our client's new site opening in Nantwich, Cheshire. This is their third venue within the group and it is based on a casual dining concept, serving food inspired by the Street Vendors and Food Trucks from around the world. Their menu features Japanese, Vietnamese, Latin American and Mexican dishes, with all available to eat in their street food setting or take out to eat on the go, at work or at home.

Service will be fast paced and informal and working in the kitchen you must have a passion for fresh, quality ingredients bursting with flavour and be able to display this enthusiasm through your work. 

Experience of Japanese, Vietnamese, Pan Asian cooking is an advantage, as is a background in Mexican, American or “Street” kitchens. If this style of cooking is of interest to you but you have no relevant experience then they are also keen to hear from you.

Working in a busy environment, they need a brigade who can think on their feet and thrive on the pressure of a fast paced venue. As a new opening, they require complete commitment and dedication to achieve the absolute best.
