CHERRY TREE COURT SERVICE
Support Practitioners
Ref: S-SLN-T5-SP. Full time (39 hours per week)
The successful applicants will be supporting people with all aspects of daily living, such as general housekeeping and budgeting, personal care, home care, meals and medication, social and recreational activities, as well as enabling them to develop meaningful relationships and establish links within the local area.
Relevant experience is desirable, however an ability to get along with people, practical life skills and common sense are just as important. Full induction and training will be provided, as well as the opportunity to gain an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
