To process requisitions for Digital Print standard stock items and generate replacement purchase orders based on the system data.

  • Process standard material requisitions via the  Company Tharstern MIS system.

  • Raise purchase orders

  • Liaise with Suppliers to obtain keener prices/products

  • Source bespoke products when requested by Client Services teams

  • Process any claims/return to vendor requests.

  • Chase supplier for overdue deliveries.

  • Facilitate monthly stock figures

  • General production administration functions.

  • Maintain standards of work and systems and procedures as appropriate

  • Perform all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow

  • Comply with Health and Safety procedures to ensure own and others well being

  • Perform such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility to contribute to the achievement of business objectives

Performance Indicators / Targets:

  • All standard material requisitions are processed in a timely manner

  • All overdue purchase orders are chased and the production controller informed of situation on each purchase order.
