A Marketing Manager is required to join a leading supplier of mobile applications and mobile marketing products. Their platforms support in excess of £100m transactions and a high volume of SMS interactions per year. They offer mobile bingo, mobile lottery, mobile sportsbook, mobile casino, mobile shopping and mobile marketing products.

The role

They are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a successful, innovative marketing strategy that contributes directly to their commercial success. This is a hands-on role that requires the candidate to think strategically, work collaboratively with colleagues and use their own creativity to deliver; it is not just a budget handling role working with external agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology firm and work closely with the Managing Director.

Key Skills & Experience required:

- Track record in creating and implementing the marketing strategy, the operational marketing plan and the external communications strategy (including social media)
- Proven successful B2B marketing experience preferably within Technology sector
- Ability to clearly communicate strategy, roll-out plans and achievements regularly to key stakeholders
- Product literature creation and maintenance including marketing materials and technical guides
- Proven copywriting skills with experience of Press Release and Emailer creation and circulation
- Ability to initiate and manage events for key partners, prospects and clients
- Experience or website ownership and maintenance
- A keen interest in new technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
