Production Operative

You will be working within a highly trained multi-skilled production team in a clean modern environment manufacturing high quality medical devices to strict clinical standards and timelines. You'll need to have a proactive approach and attention to detail as well as being able to work well in a team. Initially you will be trained to work within the Clean Room, but over time they will train you to work on all parts of the process to become fully multi-skilled.

Key responsibilities:

*To maintain quality and report faults
*To work at all times adhering to company policy
*To work in a safe manner according to the Health & safety policy
*To be prepared to cross train and to multi skill
*Accurate recording of production data

Skills and Experience:

Essential:
*Good team working skills and the ability to work on your own
*Initiative and enthusiasm
*Good manual dexterity
*Eye for quality and attention to detail
*Ability to understand and follow procedures precisely

Desirable:
*Previous experience of production environments.
