RECRUITMENT OFFICER (x5)

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is a proud deliverer of the Office for Civil Society’s National Citizen Service programme for young people. We have some exciting opportunities for ambitious, creative and talented individuals with excellent communication and marketing skills along with youth engagement skills to form part of our expanding NCS Team. The Team are tasked with recruiting for and delivering the programme throughout 2015-2018, ensuring thousands of young people from Bolton’s diverse communities have the opportunity to contribute towards a more cohesive society.

RECRUITMENT OFFICER (x5) 

Successful applicants will be highly motivated and driven individuals, excited by targets with exceptional sales and marketing skills. You will champion and drive the recruitment of young people aged 16-18 on to the NCS programme. This role is a 100% year round target driven recruitment position and you will engage directly with young people and their parents/carers during the recruitment phase of the programme to build positive relationships. Good administration skills are essential along with being confident speaking to large groups.

The salary package reflects the importance of this role and a pension scheme will be available after six months service. However we believe that your biggest reward will be the difference you make to the lives of young people.
