Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Our client, a boutique Corporate Recovery firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their established Corporate Recovery department.

Reporting to senior management, your duties will include:

• Assume responsibility for the day to day operation of the insolvency processes (taking a lead role when required), delegating tasks to and supervising the work of, junior members of the team, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner
• Manage IPS system for all cases and deal with diary prompts as appropriate
• Provide support and assistance to the senior members of the team
• Provide guidance, motivation and assistance to junior members of the team, assisting them with their training and progression.
• Visit clients premises/offices and liaise with client’s employees, agents and solicitors as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with other professionals
• Handle and respond, within acceptable timescales, to case related correspondence and telephone calls from stakeholders, clients, creditors and ex-employees
• Draft progress reports for clients and secured creditors, review statutory reports to general creditors and complete final case reviews
• Liaise with potential purchasers and prepare Non Disclosure Agreements ensuring successful return of those agreements
• CPI or JIEB qualification will be an advantage.
