As a result of an internal promotion our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager to join their busy restaurant and bar with rooms. They are looking for a dynamic individual who has a passion for food and service.

Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager:

As a duty manager you must be able to lead the team in creating a fantastic dining experience for their customers, greeting and serving their guests to a high standard in a professional manner and with a keen eye on presentation. You must be able to display a positive personality and take pride in your place of work and the customer experience. Successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively with the guest, the restaurant, the kitchen and other departments.

They are a fresh food restaurant serving top end, high quality food prepared daily on site by their talented team of chefs. It’s important to them that the successful incumbent shares this desire to produce and serve the very best in modern food in a warm and efficient manner. You must also be capable of managing a busy restaurant and bar, along with other general management duties. Good working knowledge of working a bar and creating cocktails is a definite advantage.

Other responsibilities will include staff induction and training, implementing procedures and standards, completing due diligence, licensing, health and safety and hygiene.

Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager:

The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach with a desire to do well in a pressured and busy environment, ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience when visiting them. There is scope to progress to within their management structure for someone displaying the right attitude towards the business.

Supervising / management experience within a restaurant or bar is a necessity for this role but a full induction introducing you to their business will be carried out.
