Lead Fertility Nurse

This is an opportunity to join the holding company of an expanding private healthcare group offering state of the art services in assisted conception and women's health. The group is now in a position to become the UK's leading provider of fertility and women's health services.

An exciting full time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and committed registered nurse with hands-on management experience to be part of a busy team at their licensed fertility clinic based in Darlington.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, working to provide excellent patient centred care for individuals and couples in all aspects of fertility treatment. It is therefore essential that applicants have prior experience within a private fertility clinic, including a good understanding of IVF/ICSI treatments and protocols and assisting with egg collection and embryo transfer procedures. Experience of coordinating egg donation cycles is highly desirable.

As a leading provider of private fertility services we require candidates to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure whilst offering exceptional patient care at all times.

As this position involves the provision of line management, leadership and team-building skills as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others are also essential attributes.

This is a full-time position (40hrs per week) which also includes weekends on a rota basis. Occasional travel to other clinic locations within the UK will be required on and as and when required basis. An excellent salary package is available for the successful candidate who will also benefit from a relocation package.
