SAP CRM Application Manager
YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will enhance our international SAP competence team by performing the following tasks:
- Provide rollout activities and service availability for the implemented SAP solution in the area of CRM for service
- Support (train, document, consult) the SAP country rollout in the area of CRM for service
- Take ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIs
- Interact with Key Users and external partners, manage activities with offshore teams
- Team up with stakeholders and key users in the regions
YOUR PROFILE
- 4 years plus functional lead experience in SAP CRM for Service with rollout experience (>2 lifecycles), trainer and post-go-live support experience
- Understanding of ITIL principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience in SAP HCM (Time and Travel Management) is a plus
- Team player with a strong customer and service orientation, offshore experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
