Sales Agent

An exciting opportunity to join our client, a well respected energy consultancy based in Liverpool, who are seeking experienced Sales Agents to join their dynamic sales team.

The Sales Agents key responsibility is to generate new business via outbound cold calling prospective customers to establish if they are in a position to transfer energy supplier. This includes enquiring about their current energy providers, cost and usage, liaising with dedicated energy suppliers and providing customers with competitive energy prices. The role involves managing the full sales process from point of sale to supply.

Candidates must be able to build relationships with new clients., provide a consultative service in a professional manner, have previous experience of sales and negotiation, preferably in a similar role, be driven, motivated and have excellent customer service and telephone skills.

Full training will be provided.

Previous experience within an outbound telesales or customer service environment is desirable.
