STEM Centre Manager
Permanent, Full Time (including shift patterns and some weekend work)
£37,401 - £40,650 per annum
Reporting to the Director of Programme as the STEM Centre Manager, you will be initially involved with setting up and establishing a new innovative industrial training centre including operational facilities, layout and staffing. As the main point of contact within the Centre and working with a team of Centre Leaders, Technical Trainers, other College departments and partner companies you will ensure the development and delivery of industry-leading, high quality training.
You will be responsible for planning activities, establishing high levels of service such as course bookings and certifications, and working with the marketing team will promote the centre to ensure recruitment and sign-up to the training courses offered.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in a STEM industry at management level and hold a relevant degree or vocational qualification.
