Learning Support Assistants for students with PMLD

The Job

We are currently looking to recruit SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience of working within a similar environment

- Be comfortable in providing aspects of personal care

- Be able to provide academic support to pupils

The School

The school caters for children aged from four up to nineteen with complex needs including physical and learning difficulties.

The main aim of the school is to ensure every pupil has the right tools both personally and academically for each of their individuals needs.

The Child

The school is a mixed school and supports learners at varying levels of academia. The students will in most cases have individual education plans and successful applicant will ensure they are creative, proactive and flexible with there supporting style.
