Telesales Executive and Account Manager - OTE £40,000

£20,000 - £40,000 OTE

This industry leader has supplied Courtesy Cars to the bodyshop industry for over 25 years; in order to keep up with demand they are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to join their Courtesy Car Leasing department. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to join their experienced and dedicated team.

You will be target driven both in sales and customer service and responsible for in and outbound telesales to new and existing bodyshop customers who qualify for their market leading competitive rentals on courtesy cars. They offer the most competitive bodyshop and courtesy car rentals in the market and they have customers who have repeatedly orders from them for over 20 years.

- The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, flair and imagination in identifying and taking opportunities.
- A high level of intellect with a logical and common sense approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive and innovative, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Experience of selling business and personal contract hire and/or motor finance from a dealership, brokerage, finance company or manufacturer background.

- Do you have experience and skills in selling Car Leasing, Contract Hire or Motor Finance?

Their normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm (Business hours). This is a full time permanent position. In return, they offer a very good basic salary, market leading on target bonus structure and added benefits.
