COMPLIANCE MONITORING OFFICERS & COMPLIANCE ADVISORY OFFICER

We have great opportunities for experienced Compliance Monitoring Officers and also an experienced Compliance Advisory Officer. The successful applicants will have detailed knowledge of FCA (CONC & MCOB), CCA and DPA regulation, along with previous experience in compliance, conduct risk, complaint handling and quality assurance. CeMap qualified (or willing to work towards) is essential.

Compliance Monitoring Officers play a key role in designing, owning and implementing the risk based monitoring arrangements as specified in the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.  Compliance Advisory Officers are responsible for implementing regulatory changes, reviewing policies / procedures & financial promotions, and providing compliance advice to the business.

These are key roles in ensuring that the fair treatment of customers is embedded within the company culture and that business is conducted in an ethical manner.
