Business Support Assistant, Based: Chester, Cheshire, Salary: £16-18k dependant on experience
Are you the person that others go to in order to 'get things done'? Do you have previous experience of working as a Business Support Assistant, PA, Executive Assistant, Administrator or similar?
Our client are looking for a proactive, highly organised support assistant to join their talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Chester-based IT company, established 15 years ago, with an annual turnover of over £1m with ambitious growth plans.
The role of the Business Support Assistant is to provide administrative support to the management team and business support team and includes:
- Identifying and developing marketing ideas to promote the business
- Managing social media accounts
- Answering phone calls and logging technical support calls
- Developing sales proposals
- Maintaining accuracy of telephone lists and updating systems
- Effective organisation and management of project files
- General administrative tasks
Essential Criteria:
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- You must also be highly organised and able to work at pace
This is a varied role providing support to all parts of the business.
Applicants should have excellent customer services and problem solving skills. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role i.e PA, Executive Assistant, Administrator etc.
