As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for pro-active sales and sales management administration, to be based in Burnley, Lancashire. Reporting to the sales director you will be the prime contact for pre-sales activities to a number of key accounts; execute quotation follow up, administer new lead generation activities, the customer churn management process and report generation & distribution.
There will also be some work with our Technical Manager and field sales staff on proposals for air filtration equipment and associated contract administration.


Key Tasks

n Report management
• Management of lost order analysis reports
• Management of customer churn reports to and from field sales staff & management
• Administration of periodic sales reports
n Customer administration
• Issuing of quotations to a defined set of key customers
• Proofing orders received and routing to Customer Care team for entry into the ERP system
• Act as conduit between client and Customer Care team for the handling of customer queries
• Follow up on all issued quotations to other customers on behalf of sales team
n Assist in the administration of contracts
• Acting as Contract Administrator for small, non-complex equipment sales
• Liaise between client, sales, supply chain and internal departments to the fulfillment of such sales
• Documenting project progress and cost sheets

Person Specification

This position requires an individual who is numerate, a clear communicator and is comfortable and competent with MS Word and Excel programs. • A graduate in engineering or marketing disciplines
• Previous experience in a mechanical/manufacturing/industrial sales support position
• Busy and energetic nature
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Methodical approach to work tasks
• Confident telephone manner

In return you will receive a salary of £16 to £20,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
