My client, a prestigious House Builder in the South West, require a Site Manager for their project in East Cornwall.
With an ever increasing project portfolio in the area, they are currently offering up to 3 years of secured work to the succesful candidate. My client trades on an excellent reputation for building their products to the highest possible standard and therefore the succesful candidate will also have a distinct desire to prodice products of an exceptional quality.
This position would suit a manager with a knowledge of timber frame construction. You should also have a good knowledge of ground works and other house building trades.
My client would be willing to speak to assistant site managers who are looking to make the step into full site management.
Expected start date is 19/01.
