Telephone Call Handlers Out of Hours (part time 5-9pm sat/sun 8.15-3.15)

Worcestershire County Council require additional telephone call handlers to support our Out of Hours staff at key times when we experience a high volume of calls.
We require the following experience;
Making and Receiving calls to staff and general public
Inputting clear and accurate data on our IT systems
Filtering calls to relevant disciplines
Skill required include;
Good Communicator
Reporting and recording skills, both orally and written
Ability to work under pressure as this is a very busy service
Work as part of a team and on own initiative
This is shift work and includes the following;
17.00 - 21.00pm 7 days
08.00 am - 15.00pm Saturday and Sunday
