Lead UX DESIGNER - Be part of an award winning inception team - My client is looking for a Lead UX designer to join a top Ecommerce consultancy to work in the inception team! Agile working environment , B2B and B2C product focused across all industries. Your be part of an award winning team. This is a lead role- no red tape, you can implement all your own processes, greenfield projects and build your team from scratch.

Lead UX DESIGNER - Be part of an award winning inception team : Experience required

• Have a relevant education from an internationally renowned university
• have proven experience in eliciting and developing
• • information architecture
  • interaction design
  • user stories and journeys
  • user acceptance tests and UAT criteria
  • requirements specifications
  • user testing, qualitative and quantitative
• be a strong meeting/workshop facilitator
• understand the full system context for any solution and how to make sure that all categories of users are accounted for
• have a solid understanding of web technology, conventions and how to make the most of different technology choices (html/css, flash, javascript ui libraries, etc.) in terms of user experience
• be experienced in carrying out feasibility studies and prepare business cases on digital solutions

Lead UX DESIGNER - Be part of an award winning inception team . The successful candidate will gain responsibility for the usability of digital solutions we produce, including tasks as:

• Business driven feasibility studies, process analysis and design as well as semi-technical requirement specifications
• Eliciting and creating information architecture for systems and web sites
• Preparing and updating of interaction design in the form of wireframe / prototyping
• Idea and concept generation
• Planning, organisation and management of workshops and user tests
• Usage data-/web analytics, target definition and reporting with suggestions for improvements
• Coordination and sparring with clients, creative teams, architects and project managers,
• UAT planning and usability quality assurance during projects (on and off client's site)
• Training of system users
