A fifth generation wholesale food service company is seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join their expanding team in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The company supplies delivered wholesale of foods and ingredients to chefs and caters such as Hotels, Pubs, Coffee Shops and Care Establishments.
You will be working an evening shift, 4 pm - 10.30 pm Sunday and 1.15 pm - 10.15 pm Monday to Thursday. You must also be able to work 1 Saturday morning every 3 weeks for which you will be paid an additional set amount on top of your salary.
The role of a Telesales Executive will involve a balance between managing sales orders through a call schedule as well as through our answer phone machine service.
As a Telesales Executive your duties will be to:
• Manage a customer base understanding the complexity of day to day enquires from customers.
• Increase sales.
• Retain growth.
An ideal Telesales Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience of selling to any of the following would be an advantage - Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Coffee Shops, Care Establishments.
• Previous experience of working in a sales capacity within the catering industry is ideal.
• Experience within an Account Management / Telesales / Telemarketing / Outbound sales role.
• Self-motivated.
• Confident to work on your own initiative.
In return you will receive a salary of £17,500 per annum + bonus.
