Brighton College have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Manager to join their team based in Brighton. They are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 – 32,000 per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Grounds Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ management experience to lead the Grounds and Gardens team in a busy school in Brighton.
Leading a team of 5-6 employees, the successful Grounds Manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, relevant Grounds Keeping knowledge (including sports pitch management) and sound budget and planning skills.
The grounds are critical to providing co-curricular activities at the school and also are important in helping attract potential pupils and parents into the school community. We therefore look for both experience and passion in delivering a first-class outside environment.
The Grounds Manager position is a full-time residential post; a valid driving licence is essential.
