An exciting opportunity has arisen within a privately owned, family run building company, who are looking to take on a Contracts Manager to join their highly skilled management team. The role will require you to work within their specialist department which carries out repairs, restoration and conservation works to churches, castles and other historic buildings throughout Essex, London, Hertfordshire, and East Anglia.
The right candidate will have experience of working within a similar industry, have an understanding of surveying and tendering, and have good local knowledge. Previous experience of working on churches is beneficial but not essential, although previous work on listed buildings is vital.
