An experienced Web Insights and Optimisation Analyst is required for one of the UK's leading travel companies, based in London. You will be joining the business during an exciting period of transformation and growth so you will expected to contribute the use of customer data to drive commercial success.
Within this role, you will be working with internal stakeholders, to plan and run complex analytical projects, which will help improve customer conversion through to the checkout process.

You will need to generate actionable insights from extracting, preparing and analysing large complex data sets, as well as identify trends and behaviours which can then help shape strategic improvements. This is why it's really important that every piece of data relating to traffic and customer behaviour is organised into concise reports.

Experience Required
- Experience working with large customer data volumes and a proven track record of using this data to help suggest business insights.
- A proven statistical and analytical experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Omniture and Google Analytics
- Experience with using customer experience applications such as Clicktale or Tealeaf
- A proven history of using web analytics methodologies, such as multivariate testing, click-stream analysis and page flow analysis.

The company are based in central London and they offer a fun and lively working environment. The role offers a salary ranging from GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 depending on experience.
