Part Time Care Services Supervisor

We are looking for a Part Time Care Services Supervisor to join our growing team at our luxury retirement village of White Horse, Hungerford.

If you have previously worked as a Care Co-ordinator or a Senior Carer then we would like to hear from you. You will work closely with the Deputy Branch Manager and be jointly responsible for the overall administration of the branch. Candidates will also be accountable for supervising team members to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in managing the recruitment and development of team members
• Compiling care team rotas
• Ensuring care plans are created and delivered correctly
• The motivation and development of staff
• Ensuring relevant risk assessments are undertaken
• Assisting in all marketing activity as and when necessary

Previous experience in the care sector is essential along with a working knowledge of IT systems. Applicants must be in possession of or working towards a Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma.

The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for proven experience in delivering high standards and a working knowledge of managing teams. Must be flexible and are willing to go out and deliver care as well as work alternate weekends.
