This position will be based at our Communication Centre on Newcastle Business Park in Newcastle. Working as part of our highly successful Aftersales Team, duties will include contacting existing Benfield customers to arrange Service and MOT appointments, making contact with customers following there service visit for feedback and handling some Inbound website enquiries.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience, although knowledge of the motor trade is not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work are on a weekly rotation of Monday – Thursday -10am 6.30pm or Monday to Thursday 11:30am until 8pm, Friday is a set time of 10am - 6.30 finish.
