Based in the North West of England we have amazing opportunities for Specialty doctors in Care of the Elderly Medicine to join our NHS Client on permanent basis.
Annual salary 37.176 - 69.325 (depending on equivalent experience within the specialty)
The Trust provides community health services and adult social care for a population of 1.1 million people and employs in the region of 6,000 staff.
As a Specialty Doctor you will be working across all sections of Community Hospitals, you will contribute to health improvements in the care of patients and help to develop new ways of delivering quality services within our five Community Hospitals.
You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the management and treatment of patients with common geriatric syndromes including dementia, delirium, falls, Parkinsons, continence, stroke, immobility. You will be expected to commit to continuous medical education and undergo annual appraisal and produce an annual Personal Development lan.
In order to be considered for the posts it is essential for candidates to have eligibility for full GMC registration, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent, relevant service within the specialty.
