Process Engineer

Do you have:-



¨ Previous experience of engineering in a manufacturing environment?



¨ Minimum of HNC or above in an engineering discipline?



¨ Welding appreciation and experience?



¨ Robots appreciation and experience?



¨ Exposure to internal and external Customers?



¨ Ability to read engineering drawings?



Theory and Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six-Sigma techniques, Commercial capability and Product quality awareness?



Are you IT literate, able to generate and analyse data, and a self-motivated, strong, confident communicator?



If so, my client is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team.



The post holder will be required to play a first line active role in the process optimisation of existing production lines. Further, be involved in the planning and launch of robot equipped production lines for major projects and bringing those into full volume manufacture. The role has total project responsibility with regards to sub-component optimisation and planning costs; the post holder will be required to play an active role in the process optimisation of existing production lines.



A "hands-on-approach" is required with considerable time spent on the shop floor working closely with Production Management and Personnel.
