Team Member - Days

Staffline are currently looking for Team Members to work in their client's new bakery facility in Dronfield.

Main responsibilities include:

• Following the principles of Lean Manufacturing, it is envisaged the positions will be multi skilled to ensure as much flexibility as possible.
• Cleaning and housekeeping of your work area and or maintaining key equipment depending on your role.
• Inspecting items for quality defects.
• End to end "service level".
• Allergen segregation.
• Adherence to policy and procedure.
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistent with those set by the company and customer.
• Use of machinery and equipment within your training remit.
• Safe operation of all machinery.
• Proactive identification and rectification of faults.
• Cleaning of equipment using the correct methods.

Ideally candidates will have the following skills, knowledge and experience although training will be available:

• Previous experience in working with food.
• Previous experience in a fast paced production environment would be a beneficial.
• Ability to prioritise and organise against specific timescales.

This position will require you to work during the day from 6am till 6pm, working 4 days on with 4 days off.
