An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced, fast growing legal business. We are looking for candidates who have completed LPC and training contract or equivalent and are educated to a degree level.
The chosen candidates will provide dedicated legal work for FTSE 100 clients and be part of our commercial contracts teams.

A background in commercial contracts law is not a pre-requisite for these roles; we welcome applications from practising solicitors, who have an interest in pursuing a career in commercial contracts law, regardless of what discipline they currently practice in. We will provide all the training and tools required to make the transition to a commercial contracts lawyer.

Successful candidates will work well individually and as part of a team and will demonstrate our values daily. They will be inquisitive, enthusiastic to learn, comfortable working with all levels of seniority and possess a fantastic work ethic. They will have a proven track record of delivering the highest quality customer service by delighting customers at every opportunity and be ready to be proactive in helping our business grow and evolve.

Key responsibilities include:

*Providing advice, drafting and negotiating on a full range of commercial contracts
*Regular contact with clients
*Creating and implementing templates and processes
*Performing legal and compliance due diligence analyses
*Maintaining accurate management information
*Motivating and inspiring the team to embrace their values

You will demonstrate sound legal knowledge and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data management. You will understand what outstanding customer service looks like and have a proactive 'can do' attitude.

Skills and experience:

*Sound legal knowledge
*Taking a lead role in advising our customers under appropriate supervision
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Good IT skills on the Microsoft Office suite
*The ability to manage a diverse workload and pressures, taking responsibility for own workload and being mindful of others workload
*Ability to analyse the root cause of issues swiftly and effectively
*Enthusiastic team player who is comfortable with our flat structure and confident working with people at all levels
