Senior CRM Manager, Oxford, excellent
The Company: Online travel organisation
The Role: An excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager/ Email Marketing Manager with experience of setting email marketing strategies within a B2B environment. You will liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated campaign plan and be responsible for managing a small team.
Key responsibilities:
Drive customer engagement through large email campaigns
Strategic planning for customer segmentation and campaign content planning
Analysis of all campaign performance against forecast
Management of small team
The Candidate: You will be an experienced CRM Manager who has worked within a B2B internet organisation. You must have worked on large databases and be able to demonstrate growing large and complex email marketing programs. You must be creative but also have strong analytical skills. Experience of SQL, HTML and CSS is desirable.
