Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor - £14,000 per annum.

Our client is currently expanding their gaming team and looking to recruit really strong individuals and offer a permanent contract, with flexible shifts! Start dates is the 12th of January.

The Assessment Centres are taking place on the 30th of December and the 6th of January. Please be quick in applying in order to reserve your place!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Dealing with queries via EMAIL, Phone and letters to customers satisfaction
* Ensuring that cases and calls are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Fluent in English
* Good knowledge of computers and operating systems
* Experience of working in a Contact Centre
* Must demonstrate strong trouble shooting capabilities
