We are working with a leading national charity to find dedicated support workers to help adults with a learning disability to live independent lives. You will need to passionate about empowering adults with a learning disability to take control of the decisions in their lives. You will also need to be flexible with your working pattern , able to work nights, sleep ins, earlies and lates. Most importantly you will approach support with a `can do` attitude and thrive in an environment where the barriers to choice based living are torn down.
