Account Manager - Clientside, 25,000pa + benefits - Stratford-Upon-Avon - 15 month maternity contract
Our client is one of the largest distributors within the UK supplying well-known brands to approximately 3,500 trade customers throughout the country. There is now an opportunity to cover a longer than usual maternity period and to carry out a 15 month contract for this forward thinking company.
As Account Manager you will service a mixture of both new and existing clients in order to determine suitable fulfilment solutions for their business and customers. You will then liaise with technical teams in house to make sure that such systems are then implemented.
Key duties will include:
-Responsibility for daily client interface.
-Attend off site client visits across the UK and to the companys main distribution centre (2-3 days per week at peak times).
-Develop Business relationships to increase sales opportunities.
-All other client communications from a non-technical perspective.
-Support clients in solution implementation.
-Ongoing Account Management.
It is essential that the successful candidate is a confident individual who is able to present comfortably. It is also important that you are strong enough to push solutions through to implementation with the busy technical department.
Aside from the above you have fantastic organisational skills and be able to juggle multiple projects at any one given time.
A driving licence is essential for this role due to regular travel.
