About the Web/Digital Business Analyst Position:

A Web/Digital Business Analyst is required to work in one of Fidelity's most established, yet change focussed Technology divisions. Working as a Web Business Analyst you will be working with our Technology and Business community up to Board level, using a variety of elicitation techniques to gather requirements, map and model data and make systems recommendations to improve operational efficiencies across our Internet business. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work outside of London, with free on-site parking available, and has great longevity potential.

Key Accountabilities of the Web/Digital Business Analyst:

Reporting into the Programme Director and Workstream Project Manager, you will ensure that all Business Analysis activities are managed according to internal policy and best practice. Establishing Project Plans, engaging stakeholders to capture and map target business AS-IS process and carrying out gap analysis against the proposed TO-BE state, you will be a key resource in the successful delivery of our projects.

You will work closely with our marketing, sales and communications team to design User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) stories for our new on-line platform, delivering digital transformation for the organisation.

Key Skills & Background required for the Web/Digital Business Analyst:

We are looking for a Web Business Analyst who wants to enhance their experience across Financial Services and Digital Transformation specifically. You will have excellent experience working across Projects that have challenging landscapes and enjoy getting your hands dirty with major deliveries as well as smaller process driven projects.

You will enjoy delivering a first class stakeholder experience, no matter the size or complexity of the project and take thrive in taking part in Business Analysis and Data activities across the Project Lifecycle including:

• Business Analysis experience including project management and execution methodologies
• UI/UX experience, developing wireframes for on-line customer interfaces.
• Financial Services and/or Consultancy experience.
• Good understanding of Digital Transformation experience.
• Business Analysis qualification (eg ISEB) or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Web Systems and business functions.
• Proficient in MS Visio
• Process mapping standards eg IDEF0, SIPOC
• Project life cycle:
  Waterfall and Agile
