They are now recruiting for an APD Trainer / Apple Professional Development Trainer ?? Education to joint heir team. The key purpose of this role is to work with Senior Leadership Teams to understand the overall vision for the school, aligning a strategy for the deployment of Apple technology to support that vision, and to provide a comprehensive suite of curriculum and development training supporting deployment of Apple technology solutions within educational institutions. On a day to day basis you will

• Plan and deliver training to support technology solutions, delivering appropriate modules of the Apple Professional Development training catalogue training modules.
• Work with Senior Leadership Teams within education institutions to develop vision and implementation planning of 1:1 iPad deployment including school policies, curriculum design and staff professional development plans.
• Work with Education Managers to identify training opportunities for intervention with education institutions.
• To deliver the Apple proposition in pre-???sales events and customer engagement, demonstrating why and how the integration of Apple technologies in the curriculum can make an impact on teaching and learning.
• Liaise with institutions and staff to ensure that training is appropriate and expectations are met.
• Actively identify opportunities to sell APD services, up-???selling and cross-???selling from existing deployments.

The ideal candidate will be

• Certified Apple Developer Trainer (APD). Full compliance with Apple??s ??Apple Professional Development Trainers Agreement??
• Recent experience of working in the Education sector as either a teacher, instructional leader, institution leader, curriculum trainer or advisor, IT technical trainer or leader, or as an Information Communications Technology (??ICT??) in Education.
• Good experience in delivering ICT training to teachers or other staff
• from education institutions or schools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstration and
• presentation both on a 1-???1 basis and to an audience.
• In-???depth understanding of the current UK National Curriculum, as well as maintaining knowledge on proposed and forthcoming changes to the National Curriculum.
• In-???depth understanding ICT in education institutions with a particular emphasis on how Apple fit into this.
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions.
• Very good time management skills.
• Be able to demonstrate an ongoing interest to learn about and understand IT products
