The Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support) would have the skills and experience in the following:

*Windows 7 Professional
*Windows Server ideally 2008
*Helpdesk Tools
*Strong organisational and planning abilities
*Resourceful and good under pressure
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
*Blackberry Support
*Active Directory
*Exchange 2010
*ITIL
