New pensions legislation means that over 55's can now access their pensions. This means that every day, we're handling a diverse and demanding range of calculations and planning, all within a new set of regulations and tax laws. This is where your organisational skills can make a difference at Scottish Widows.

These are new roles in a team focused on the new pensions legislation and retirement planning, so you'll be helping us to shape the service. Our broad product portfolio means you could be working across different platforms, so you'll be increasing your knowledge and experience. You'll make sure all pension retirement transactions run smoothly and every customer has an excellent experience. In short, you'll have a role that matters.

It's important to be able to manage processes, but the real focus is the customer. We'd rather you have past experience of complex technical processing than pensions knowledge as we provide full training. Good communication skills are vital as you'll collaborate regularly with colleagues and, where appropriate, update customers on the phone.
