By joining us at Scottish Widows you'll be able to use your empathy and listening skills to help people understand the new pensions legislation and get the most out of their investments.

You won't find any scripts in our contact centre, just the time and support you need to offer truly excellent customer service. You'll also have the satisfaction of following your own customers throughout their journeys, from initial enquiry to successful resolution. You'll be building relationships that are better for our customers and more fulfilling for you. In short, you'll have a role that matters.

These are new customer service roles in a team focused on helping our customers with the new pensions legislation and customer retirement options, so you'll be helping us to shape the service for the future. You won't be selling, you'll be helping people by collaborating with colleagues across our organisation to draw together the information our customers need.

Pensions knowledge isn't necessary as you'll be fully trained. You just need to be determined to provide excellent customer service, have a warm and friendly approach and be able to work within a focused team. You'll be given opportunities to enhance your skills for your development and we're also offering excellent benefits
