Commercial / Operations Director

My client is looking for a Commercial Director / Operations Director who is a strong, focused, process-inded leader with extensive experience of scaling, both teams and businesses internationally. This position is to be the inside to the CEOs outside.

The COO / Operations Director will partner with the CEO, COO, CFO and CTO and be responsible for building Customer Services, Sales, Partnerships, etc. The Commercial Director / Operations Director will cultivate existing relationships as well as gain new ones both online and offline, launch new regions and growth the role with the company.

This position is the right hand person to the CEO who is very Hunter / Sales focused and as so would suit someone who can then take those relationships and close, manage and refine the contract side (alongside the CFO and Legal)

My client is young however very well backed with extensive growth plans across multiple regions, heavy weight partnerships and a clear exit plan. I need someone ready to go back to a 40px company, get stuck in and build with the rest of the amazing Senior team. This position requires more than a been there and done it before, we need somebody still hungry who wants to be a part of something amazing and is willing to put the work in to achieve the billion pound mark
