The new contract will service the following areas: all of Gedling & Rushcliffe including, Arnold, Keyworth, Bingham, Calverton, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Ruddington, Burton Joyce, Carlton, west Bridgford and East Leake.

We have been awarded a great opportunity to further support the residents of Nottingham to remain independent in their own homes. The new Nottingham home care contract aims to support people remain independent at home, champion dignity and support choice and control. Therefore, we are looking for reliable and friendly individuals for the following positions:

  • Care and Support Worker
  • Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker
  • Care Assistant or Support Worker
  • Support Carer or Personal Assistant (PA)
  • Senior Care Worker or Higher Care Worker
  • Field Care Supervisor

These positions require the provision of care and support in people's homes and make a real difference to the well-being and future of our elderly and disabled community; the following duties are required to help maintain independence and dignity:

  • Personal Care
  • Shopping and Domestic Cleaning
  • Medication Management
  • Waking and Sleeping Night Care and Support
  • Companionship and Respite Care
  • Palliative Care
  • Reablement Care

There are opportunities to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. For successful applicants we are able to offer, good pay rates, mileage payments, free professional Selection Assessment Training (including NVQ), accrued holiday pay, refunded DBS payment in your 1st pay, 2 bonus payments of GBP50 in your first 2 fortnightly payments, to help you get started and free uniforms for all field staff. Full time and part time positions are available.

Previous experience is not essential for all roles listed and further training will be provided.

  • For the above positions the following is required:
  • Be prepared to apply for a full CRB / DBS disclosure
  • Be caring and friendly in nature
  • Offer flexibility and be adaptable
  • Offer integrity and compassion
  • Have a valid driving license and own a vehicle - highly desired
  • No experience necessary although beneficial; previous NHS employees are welcome to apply
