Our client, a top tier leading law firm, are currently looking to recruit a newly qualified lawyer to join the Edinburgh & Glasgow Corporate Groups. We are looking for strong candidates with experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity (beneficial but not essential).
They specialise in the following areas:
· M&A
· Corporate Finance
· Private Equity
· AIM
· Joint Ventures
They have a strong sector focus in Advance manufacturing & Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Goods, and Insurance and Financial Services.
The Candidates Required
The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a national or a large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
