Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

The firm is a thriving and expanding full service law practice committed to serving individuals and businesses. It has just moved into new premises which will give the firm more expansion options in the future.

Due to the expansion of our residential Conveyancing Department, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx or relevant experience) to manage a caseload of Sales,
Purchases and Re-mortgages.

Applicants should have experience of conducting casework from initial instructions through to post completion. Excellent levels of client care and service delivery and good IT experience gained through the use of case management systems are essential qualities. Excellent client care is the yardstick we work by,

so applicants should understand the importance of ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
