UI Developer to join our award winning innovative Development Team.

Ideal candidate

  • Excellent User Interface Design Skills
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • A strong track record of designing and developing desktop application user interfaces
  • Familiarity with Storyboarding and Layout Prototyping
  • Awareness of C++ and C#/.NET will be needed as the role covers various projects
  • MFC/ATL/GDI/GDI+ would be very advantageous
  • Experience of working with leading edge technologies

Main responsibilities

Working as part of our award winning development team, you will be responsible for enhancing and improving our existing user interfaces, as well as developing new ones. You will collaborate with stakeholders from Development, Product Management, Marketing and Professional Services to capture requirements, produce design documentation for approval, and implement user interfaces based on those designs.

You will work on a mixture of product areas, using both C++ and C#.

Your work will range from bug fixing & small enhancements to existing user interfaces, through to redesign of existing functionality, and storyboarding & implementation of new user interface elements.

Working within a Scrum framework, you will be responsible for breaking down your work into tasks, and providing estimates to enable effective scheduling of your work.

The right candidate should be very self-motivated and takes pride in delivering high quality, highly usable interfaces within agreed timeframes.
