Bramhall High School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and exceptional leader as School Business Manager. We offer an opportunity to make a difference to young peoples' lives and are looking for a Business Manager who can ensure the provision of outstanding support services for students, staff and stakeholders of the school.

The successful applicant will be able to act as a strategic senior Leader and Manager and lead on the financial and resourcing aspects of the school. You will be responsible for leading teams responsible for Finance; HR; Catering, ICT, Premises and Health and Safety. Experience of handling large budgets and proficiency in financial management is essential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead high quality resourcing, procurement and fundraising

  • Lead on Health and Safety across the organisation

  • Have a track record of successful leadership of support services or multi-disciplinary teams

  • Lead and manage the support services

    You will need to:

  • Excel in financial management

  • Be a confident leader and effective team player

  • Have highly effective interpersonal and team skills

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent or have significant relevant experience

  • Hold a professional accountancy qualification or be working towards one (desirable)

  • Be an innovative and strategic thinker with vision and ideas
