About you:


- Have you gained invaluable experience by working agency-side for at least a year?
- Are you as comfortable managing social media accounts as you are in client facing situations?
- Are you up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment at a super-charged W1 agency?
- You'll have good social / community management experience ideally working on travel, leisure & hotel brands

If this sounds like a match then read on. We’re recruiting for a Social / Community Manager to join the team to work with some of our awesome big brand name clients.

Your experience:

Experience in an agency environment is a real bonus.

Essential:

> Proven experience in managing social media accounts – writing and scheduling posts, responding in a timely and appropriate manner, using analytics software (e.g. Quintly, Facebook insights) to track and report on performance
> A passion for developing creative and engaging content for a variety of brands – from luxury hotels, through to solar energy providers
> Social media best practice is at the heart of everything you do – from handles to hashtags and everything in between!
> Experience in planning digital content – developing calendars and content themes
> The ability to work to deadline, and go the extra mile to get things done
> Pro-active and resourceful
> Excellent written and communication skills – attention to detail is a must when broadcasting content on behalf of our client’s brands
> An passion for epic levels of customer service
> Good understanding of Social Media tracking methodologies and techniques – your findings motivate you to recommend and make changes
> Experience in supporting Account Managers in client facing situations
> Commercially minded
> Experience in briefing and working with a variety of digital professionals (from creatives to techies)
> A love of all things digital, and an ability to present yourself as a digital consultant

Nice to haves:

> Organic search experience
> Facebook advertising experience
> Experience in managing Facebook & web app development projects as part of implementing a social media campaign
> Basic understanding of HTML
> Basic understanding of Photoshop
> Basic ability in photography
