Salary £20,000 + OTE


Trainee Field Sales Executive required by my client, who has gained a fantastic reputation for their industry leading financial solutions and services.

We are looking a focused, energetic and driven "business hunter" who thrives on smashing targets and achieving results!

Whilst previous sales experience would be advantageous, this is not essential as long as you have the right attitude and the drive to succeed!

Excellent training, progression and generous financial rewards are available for the right candidate!

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, booking and carrying out new business meetings and closing business.

Main duties include:

*Making consultative outbound B2B calls to decision makers
*Carrying out new business development meetings
*Developing relationships and identifying potential opportunities with prospective new customers
*Generating and following up on leads in order to increase sales opportunities
*Building positive and consistent relationships with the customer base to ensure maximum additional revenue generation and repeat business


The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
*A target driven approach and resilient nature
*The ability to build rapport easily
*An energetic and determined approach to your work
*Microsoft office (excel/word/outlook)
*Concise and articulate communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone
*Forward thinking approach
*Good commercial acumen
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
