We are a specialist creative recruitment agency. Our London office is located in the heart of busy Covent Garden. We also have established teams in Manchester, Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

We have excellent connections within the creative, design and digital space. We work on both permanent opportunities and freelance briefs in an exciting and exciting sector with fun clients and talented candidates.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced creative consultant to work alongside our team of freelance recruitment consultants here in London.

Joining Become means that you will start on a warm desk, working on live client briefs, and you also actively develop the freelance business. We have a busy and high performing team and business is busy but we know there is always room to improve. If you are used to the pace of working in freelance/contract recruitment, are passionate about the creative sector and enjoy seeing regular success, we'd like to talk to you.

The package: We pay a generous and competitive base salary. We anticipate that, by the second year of work and if you are working well, you can easily earn double your base salary in bonus and commission.

Team ethos: order to encourage teamwork, we operate a team monthly commission structure and an individual quarterly bonus structure. These are tried & tested schemes, which have survived recessions and helped us retain our people. Outside work we celebrate birthdays, enjoy team nights out and company strategy days, usually somewhere new and interesting coupled with fab meals and drinks.

Future prospects: The opportunity for individual growth is proven and continued training is encouraged.

Benefits/holiday: after a successful probation we offer private health insurance, company pension scheme and life insurance. We also offer 20 days holiday (additional to bank holiday and Christmas days) rising by one day for each completed year of service to a maximum of 25 days.
