Be part of an expanding team of digital project managers working at one of the UK's most prestigious Museums. The Technology Solutions team is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Project Manager, who will play a key role in delivering projects in line with the Museum's ambitious digital strategy.

The Digital Project Manager will play a key role in delivering projects in line with the Museum's ambitious digital strategy. This is a varied and evolving role which will be responsible for the full-lifecycle management of technology software implementations, where experience of bespoke packages and tools will be essential for the post holder to be successful in the role.

The role will also involve testing, business process improvement, content and design, and will require a strong leader who is able to consult with a wide range of cross Museum and external stakeholders, whilst delivering the agreed solutions. The role holder will additionally ensure effective delivery within time and budget constraints and manage third party clients and suppliers.

The successful candidate will bring with them substantial project management experience, including effectively managing large projects with budgets in excess of GBP250,000 (including staff) along with solid experience of process centric package software implementations into commercial environments, combined with experience in at least one of the following areas; public facing websites, apps, customer payments systems, and/or customer management systems.

This will be combined with a recognised project management accreditation and/or equivalent experience, and significant experience of successfully managing complex projects and large projects teams. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, with demonstrable experience of competently managing expectations and influencing up to director level along with experience of formal project management techniques and documentation, ideally with additional experience of using the 'Agile' methodology.
