Business Solution Architect:
My client is a top tier Investment Bank who is looking for a Business Process Solution Architect to help define business architecture and technical design. The role holder will take ownership of process decomposition and high level design & Integration design patterns for various applications involved in the end to end customer journey. This role sits within Retail Banking Organisation and in a global change programme, reporting to a Programme Manager.
This role will involve (but not limited to):
- To define business architecture and technical design for high complexity projects, working closely with regional executives and technical delivery teams.
- The role holder will take ownership of process decomposition and high level design & Integration design patterns for various applications involved in the end to end customer journey.
- Supports the Programme Manager in ensuring the baselined scope, requirement, benefits, schedule and budgets are managed as outlined in change methodology.
- The role holder will act as the conduit between business and IT teams.
- The role holder will lead development of BPM Solutions and support the journey of process improvement.
- The role holder will be responsible for requirement gathering to UAT testing.
Experience:
- Extensive Project Management skills and experience managing large and complex projects
- Strong people manager and broad experience in managing large teams and different work streams
- In depth experience working in a banking environment and change projects
- Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance implementation, change management.
The Ideal role holder will have:
- Experience as a BPM Solution Architect with experience of IBM 7x or 8x who can deliver process improvement capabilities to the hands of business users through a team orientated approach.
- Experience using BPM systems such as BPM IBM, Blueworks Live, Pega, Fusion etc.
- Proven experience of leading and managing technical teams.
